The prayer plant has vivid, striped foliage and, under the correct circumstances, can produce tiny, purple or white flowers. Its leaves folding up at night to resemble praying hands is how it got its name.
 
Place in an area with low to strong indirect light. Its leaves will burn in direct sunlight.
