We offer free shipping on orders over $50 and a flat rate of $5 for all other orders. We take great care in packaging our plants to ensure they arrive healthy and safe to your doorstep. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your plant purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment to arrange a return or exchange. Please note that all returned plants must be in their original condition and packaging. We are unable to accept returns on plants that have been repotted or damaged due to improper care.
